Asparagus gourmet salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g asparagus, chopped, from the can
  • 1 can mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 eggs, hard boiled
  • 250 g crab
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • some cream
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Drain the asparagus and mushrooms, reserving some of the asparagus stock. Stir together the asparagus, mushrooms, shrimp, mayonnaise, and ketchup in a bowl. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and dice them along with the cooked ham. Then add them to the bowl and stir in. Add the cream and asparagus stock, and finally season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
