Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 pieces of trout fillet(s), smoked
- 100 g sour cream
- 2 sprigs of dill, finely chopped
- ½ bunch chives, finely chopped
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- 1 egg(s), separated
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, as desired
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 lettuce leaves

Chop the smoked trout fillets in a food processor and add the juice of half a lemon, the sour cream, the egg yolk, and the chopped herbs. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold in. Season with salt and pepper. Grease two small baking dishes, pour in the mixture, and cook in a bain-marie for 10 minutes or microwave for 4 minutes at 600 watts. Let cool, then turn out onto the lettuce leaves and garnish with herbs and diced tomatoes.
