Arugula – mozzarella – salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 375 g mozzarella (small balls)
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 150 g sausage (mortadella)
  • 2 tbsp pesto
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Halve the cherry tomatoes, drain the mozzarella balls, wash the arugula, remove any thick stems, dice the mortadella, mix the basil pesto with lemon juice (the lemon flavor should be slightly noticeable), and season with pepper. Mix the salad ingredients and drizzle with the dressing.
