Fruit Base with Peaches
The perfect fruit base with peaches recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the dough:
- 75 g Butter
- 75 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 150 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Milk
For covering:
- 1 Can Peaches
- 1 packet Glaze
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 250 ml Peach juice
- 1 cups Whipped cream
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 packet Cream stiffener
For the dough:
- Put the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in a mixing bowl and stir until creamy.
- Add the eggs and stir in.
- Mix flour and baking powder, sieve, add and stir.
- Add milk and stir.
- Pour the batter into a cake pan.
- Bake at 150 degrees top and bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
For covering:
- Drain the peaches well and cut them into pieces. Catch the peach juice.
- Place the peaches on the cake base.
- Make a cake glaze from the cake glaze, sugar and the peach juice from the tin and pour it over the cake.
- Beat the whipped cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff and spread it on the cake.
