Fruit Base with Peaches

The perfect fruit base with peaches recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the dough:

  • 75 g Butter
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 150 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Milk

For covering:

  • 1 Can Peaches
  • 1 packet Glaze
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 250 ml Peach juice
  • 1 cups Whipped cream
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet Cream stiffener

For the dough:

  1. Put the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in a mixing bowl and stir until creamy.
  2. Add the eggs and stir in.
  3. Mix flour and baking powder, sieve, add and stir.
  4. Add milk and stir.
  5. Pour the batter into a cake pan.
  6. Bake at 150 degrees top and bottom heat for about 20 minutes.

For covering:

  1. Drain the peaches well and cut them into pieces. Catch the peach juice.
  2. Place the peaches on the cake base.
  3. Make a cake glaze from the cake glaze, sugar and the peach juice from the tin and pour it over the cake.
  4. Beat the whipped cream with the vanilla sugar and cream stiffener until stiff and spread it on the cake.
