Fruit Base with Strawberries
The perfect fruit base with strawberries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the dough:
- 75 g Butter
- 75 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 150 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Milk
For covering:
- 500 g Strawberries
- 1 packet Glaze
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 250 ml Water
- 1 cups Whipped cream
- 1 packet Cream stiffener
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
For the dough:
- Put the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in a mixing bowl and stir until creamy.
- Add the eggs and stir in.
- Mix flour and baking powder, add sieve and stir.
- Add milk and stir in.
- Pour the batter into a cake pan.
- Bake at 150 degrees top and bottom heat for about 20 minutes.
For covering:
- Cut the strawberries into pieces and place on the bottom.
- Boil a cake glaze from the cake glaze, sugar and water and pour over the fruit.
- Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff and spread on the cake.
