Fruit Base with Strawberries

The perfect fruit base with strawberries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the dough:

  • 75 g Butter
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 150 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Milk

For covering:

  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 1 packet Glaze
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 250 ml Water
  • 1 cups Whipped cream
  • 1 packet Cream stiffener
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar

For the dough:

  1. Put the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt in a mixing bowl and stir until creamy.
  2. Add the eggs and stir in.
  3. Mix flour and baking powder, add sieve and stir.
  4. Add milk and stir in.
  5. Pour the batter into a cake pan.
  6. Bake at 150 degrees top and bottom heat for about 20 minutes.

For covering:

  1. Cut the strawberries into pieces and place on the bottom.
  2. Boil a cake glaze from the cake glaze, sugar and water and pour over the fruit.
  3. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff and spread on the cake.
