Pasta with salmon and vegetable sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta
  • 250 g smoked salmon with pepper
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 150 ml cream
  • 100 g cream cheese (paprika chili)
  • 1 tsp vegetable bouillon (paste)
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • oregano leaves, fresh
  • Thyme leaves, fresh
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

For the vegetable sauce, peel the onion. Remove the seeds and white pith from the bell pepper, wash the leek, and chop everything. First, lightly sauté the onion in oil, then add the bell pepper and leek and sauté briefly. Stir in the cream, cream cheese, and stock. Season with salt, pepper, and chili and simmer briefly. Meanwhile, cook the pasta and heat the salmon in the microwave. Then arrange the pasta on plates with the vegetable sauce and salmon. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve.
