delicious with grilled food or salad

Mix the first six ingredients together. Gradually add the chopped mozzarella ball and the liquids to the flour mixture; you may need more or less liquid, depending on the consistency of the flour. Knead the dough with the dough hook of the hand mixer until it comes away from the bowl. Now let the dough rise with a loosely covered lid in a place without drafts for about 45 minutes. Knead the dough again briefly and then form small balls from 25g of dough each and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Now cover the rolls and let them rise again for 30 minutes and then place them in the preheated oven at 200°C (top and bottom heat). After about 15-20 minutes the rolls are ready. The rolls are delicious as a side dish on the grill or with a salad.
