Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ small can of pineapple (pieces)
  • 1 small can of peas
  • 250 g sausages, Vienna (or meat sausage)
  • 250 g cheese, Edam, Emmental, Gouda
  • 6 tbsp salad cream, light (or mayonnaise)
  • 6 tbsp low-fat yogurt (normal yogurt works too, of course)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp pineapple juice
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

Chop the drained pineapple chunks again, thinly slice the wieners, and cut the cheese into sticks. Mix everything with the well-drained peas. Mix the ingredients for the sauce together well and pour over the salad. Mix well. Serve well chilled!
