Avocados with North Sea crabs

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • 200 g North Sea crabs
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 bunch of coriander

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve the avocados and remove the pits. Combine the mustard and honey in a bowl and season to taste (check the proportions are correct). Add the chopped coriander and North Sea prawns, fold in, and season again. Place two avocado halves on each plate and place the North Sea prawns into the avocado indentations.
