Raspberry jam with that certain something

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 250 g gelling sugar
  • 2 packs of vanilla sugar, real
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 1 clove(s)
  • ½ lemon(s), zest
  • 1 stalk of lemongrass

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Halve the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds. Simmer all ingredients in a pan or saucepan over low heat for 20 minutes. Remove the vanilla pod and clove. Pour the jam up to the brim into a jar rinsed with hot water, seal, and turn upside down to create a vacuum. Let cool. If you prefer your jam without seeds, strain the mixture through a sieve before filling.
