Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 package of spinach (frozen)
- 1 package of dumplings (Bohemian dumplings) from the refrigerated section
- 250 ml hollandaise sauce
- 1 bag of cheese, grated
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
First, thaw the spinach or heat it in a pan. In the meantime, grease a baking dish and arrange the Bohemian dumplings in it, leaving as few gaps as possible. Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, and nutmeg and brown. Spread the minced meat over the dumplings. Now spread the thawed spinach evenly over the minced meat. Pour the hollandaise sauce over the spinach and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake everything in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C until the cheese is golden brown.
