Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes, sliced (e.g. from the previous day), cooked
- 8 meatballs, halved crosswise
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- 2 packs of mozzarella, diced
- 4 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- nutmeg
- 450 g Brussels sprouts, cleaned
- 125 g bacon, sliced
- salt and pepper

great for leftovers, as it is variable
Whisk eggs with milk, nutmeg, pepper, and salt. Cook Brussels sprouts for 6 minutes, drain. Layer as follows: potatoes, onions, Brussels sprouts (you can also use broccoli), mozzarella, and meatballs. Pour egg wash over the potatoes and arrange the bacon slices on top. Bake at 180°C (fan oven) for about 30 minutes.
