Quick (winter) cinnamon plum sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of plum jam, approx. 200 g
  • 50 ml mulled wine or red wine
  • 50 ml orange juice
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sugar or vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Put everything in a pot, heat slowly until everything can be mixed well to the desired consistency and then bring to the boil briefly while stirring.
