Gnocchi and broccoli casserole

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 500 g gnocchi, fresh
  • 100 g ham, raw, diced
  • 400 ml cream
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • Herbs of Provence
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C. Divide the broccoli into florets, wash, and blanch in hot water for 5 minutes. Mix the broccoli, gnocchi, and ham and place in a casserole dish. Heat the spices and herbs with the cream in a saucepan and pour over the gnocchi. Grate the cheese and spread it over the casserole. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve with a green or mixed salad. Tip: Also delicious with fresh basil.
