Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough with tomato sauce
  • 500 g minced meat
  • some corn
  • e.g. sliced ​​cheese or grated cheese
  • ½ cup crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, brown the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and mix with the tomato sauce from the pizza box. Alternatively, you can mix a box of crushed tomatoes with a little tomato paste. Cut four equal-sized rectangles from the pizza dough and shape them into boats. Then spread with crème fraîche, sprinkle or place the cheese on top, top with corn or other ingredients to taste, and spread the ground beef and tomato sauce on top. Bake everything in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes.
