Chocolate banana or chocolate cherry muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 260 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 g butter
  • 130 g natural yogurt, Greek
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), including the pulp
  • 150 g dark or milk chocolate
  • 1 banana(s), finely chopped, or cherries (jar), drained
  • possibly milk as needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

to melt in your mouth – for 12 muffins

Chop the chocolate. Mix the natural yogurt, vanilla seeds, egg, and butter. Add the remaining ingredients, except the chocolate, and mix well (for cherry muffins, add just enough milk to create a thick batter). Now fold in the chocolate. Pour the batter into a muffin tin lined with muffin cups. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for approximately 20-25 minutes.
