- 450 g flour
- ½ pack of yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 250 ml sweet cream
- 2 eggs
- 75 g butter, soft
- 1 pinch of salt
- Granulated sugar, for rolling out

It’s super quick: Knead all ingredients until the dough comes away from the bowl. If it’s too stiff, add a little more cream. Cover the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes; it shouldn’t rise too much. Then, roll it out in batches on a sheet of sugar, cut the circle into eight pieces, and shape it into croissants. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for about 15-20 minutes.
