Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp hazelnuts, ground, lightly roasted
- 1 tbsp, heaped sugar
- 125 ml whipped cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and sugar until almost stiff. Then stir in the hazelnuts and yogurt. Serve the nut sauce with the fruit salad. One serving contains 171 kcal for 4 servings.
