Jockel's chocolate sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g milk
  • 90 g cream
  • 80 g chocolate
  • some vanilla
  • some chili or pepper (as desired)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

For ice cream, pudding or snacking

Bring the milk and cream to a boil with the vanilla extract. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in the sauce. Simmer for a few minutes to thicken the sauce. Then pour into small bottles and let it cool. Don’t worry, the sauce will thicken a little more as it cools. Tip: If you want something special, you can also add chili flakes or pepper to the sauce. You can choose the type of chocolate according to your taste.
