Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g raspberries
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

homemade and super delicious (especially with ice cream)

Blend the raspberries and then strain them through a sieve. Bring the sugar and vanilla sugar to a boil in a small saucepan, then add the raspberry puree and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. It tastes good both hot and cold, and is also great with vanilla ice cream.
