Marinated flank steak with steak pepper

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g flank steak
  • 100 g sea salt
  • 100 g raw cane sugar
  • 2 tbsp, heaped steak pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 2 days; Total time approx. 2 days 10 minutes

Flatten the steak with your hand and rub the steak pepper into the meat on all sides. Mix the salt and sugar thoroughly. Place the steak in a ziplock bag and cover with the salt/sugar mixture. Refrigerate for 2 days. Turn occasionally. Rinse the breading and slice the steak thinly.
