Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g currants
- 300 g blueberries (blueberries)
- 900 gelling sugar, 1:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 19 minutes
Wash the currants and remove the stalks. Mix with the blueberries and preserving sugar and bring to a boil. Simmer for 4 minutes. Pour into prepared jars and seal.
