Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of cheese (Harzer Roller)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • n. B. Caraway
  • n. B. Pfeffer
  • n. B. Salt
  • e.g. curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes

That’s how it tastes best to me!

Cut the cheese and onions into cubes (rings or slices work too, of course), drizzle with a little oil (I personally used rapeseed oil), and season with the spices. Let it sit for a few hours. As for the resting time, the longer the better, ideally overnight!
