Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 1 bag(s) of dry yeast
  • 150 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp pizza seasoning
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 small can of mushrooms
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 200g salami
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 200 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Pizza for a 40×30 tray

Knead all the dough ingredients in a bowl until smooth and let it rise for at least 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough, place it on a baking sheet, and prick it lightly with a fork. Spread the ketchup and sprinkle the pizza seasoning on top. Then, one after the other, evenly distribute the chopped onions, diced tomatoes and peppers, the mushrooms, and the sweetcorn on top. Next, top one-third each of the pizza with salami, cooked ham, and tuna. Spread the cheese on top. Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
