Wild Garlic – Aioli

The perfect wild garlic – aioli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Wild garlic – aioli

  • 1 Handful Wild garlic from our own garden
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 200 ml Sunflower oil
  • Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
  1. Wash the picked wild garlic, shake dry and pluck into small pieces, put them in a tall container. Peel and squeeze the garlic clove and place in the container as well. Then add milk & sunflower oil. Season with a little salt and gourmet pepper.
  2. Place the magic wand in the tall vessel and only switch it on when you pull it up. Go up & down several times with the wand. Decant and chill until consumption.
