Wild garlic – aioli
- 1 Handful Wild garlic from our own garden
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 100 ml Milk
- 200 ml Sunflower oil
- Salt, gourmet pepper to taste
- Wash the picked wild garlic, shake dry and pluck into small pieces, put them in a tall container. Peel and squeeze the garlic clove and place in the container as well. Then add milk & sunflower oil. Season with a little salt and gourmet pepper.
- Place the magic wand in the tall vessel and only switch it on when you pull it up. Go up & down several times with the wand. Decant and chill until consumption.
