Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 125 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp rum or whiskey
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (no sugar)
  • 225 g flour
  • 125 g walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar, for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cream butter, sugar, eggs, and whiskey until fluffy. Stir in the flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa powder, as well as the walnuts. Place two baking cups inside each other, fill with batter, and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar.
