Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1,200 ml apple juice
  • 300 ml red wine, sweet
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 10 packs of vanilla sugar
  • ½ tsp, crushed cinnamon powder
  • 2 packs of gelling sugar, 2:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with vanilla and cinnamon

Make your own apple juice, using an electric juicer or a ready-made juice with 100% fruit content. Combine the juice with the vanilla sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, gelling sugar, and red wine and bring to a boil. Boil gently for about 1 minute, test for settling, then pour into jars and seal tightly. Makes approximately 8 jars of 370 ml each.
