Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 300 ml water, lukewarm
  • 10 g salt
  • 1 cube of yeast

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Preparation: Crumble the yeast into a bowl, add lukewarm water with salt, and mix thoroughly. Add the flour and knead into a firm dough. Let it rise in a warm corner of the house for 20 minutes. Divide the dough into 10 rolls on a work mat and knead again with the heel of your hand. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let these rolls rise for 20 minutes, then bake at 220°C for 10 minutes, then bake at 200°C for a further 15 minutes. Brush the rolls with water during baking.
