Raspberry Sparkling Wine Jelly

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 550 ml juice (raspberry juice, preferably from fresh raspberries)
  • 200 ml sparkling wine
  • 1 packet of gelling sugar (1:2)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pour the raspberry juice and sparkling wine into a tall saucepan (be careful not to boil over!) and stir in the gelling sugar. Bring to a boil according to the package instructions, stirring continuously, and simmer for about 4 minutes. Then pour the jelly into clean screw-top jars and seal them tightly. It makes a lovely gift for guests or simply on bread in the morning. Very tasty and something you don’t get every day.
