Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g potatoes
  • 150 g sliced ​​cooked ham
  • 200 ml Cremefine or cream
  • 200 ml water
  • Processed cheese, approx. 100 g or as desired
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g mozzarella, grated

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Peel the potatoes and boil until half cooked, about 10 minutes. Rinse the potatoes and let stand briefly. Combine the water, Cremefine or cream, and processed cheese and bring to a boil. While the sauce is cooking, thinly slice the potatoes. Then take a baking dish and layer the ingredients. Start with a layer of potato, then a slice of cooked ham, potatoes, cooked ham, and so on, ending with potatoes. Then pour the sauce over the top. Cover the casserole with mozzarella and place in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) with fan/convection oven for 25 minutes.
