Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 potato pancakes, frozen
- 600 g vegetables (broccoli or cauliflower), frozen
- 500 g minced meat or Mett
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 1 cup of cream, not necessarily
- salt and pepper

Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Janine’s Leftovers
Place the frozen potato pancakes in a baking dish. Top with vegetables (frozen if desired). Tear the minced meat into small pieces and spread it on top (I recommend using raw, otherwise it will be too dry). Season with a little seasoning after each layer. Drizzle with cream, if desired, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for approximately 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
