Pasta and salami casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta, cooked, from the day before
  • 125g salami
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 25 g sour cream
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 shot of milk
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • some herb butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Use up leftover pasta

Dice the salami and slice the spring onions. Whisk the egg with sour cream, tomato paste, and a splash of milk until smooth. Grease a baking dish with the herb butter and spread the cooked pasta in it. Add the salami cubes, onion rings, and half of the cheese, and mix everything together. Pour the egg mixture over the pasta. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for 20 minutes.
