Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g mozzarella (mini)
- 2 tbsp mustard cream (Dijon mustard cream with mustard seeds)
- possibly mustard
- 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
- 2 tbsp liquid (brine) from the mozzarella package
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
- 1 tbsp honey
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes
Mix the ingredients together to create a creamy marinade and season with sweet and sour sauce to taste. Add mustard to taste. Fold in the mozzarella balls and let it marinate overnight. It tastes delicious simply with baguette or on a buffet.
