Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pork, shredded
- 300 g rice, cooked
- 1 zucchini
- 1 carrot(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp oil
- Paprika powder, sweet
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
Finely chop the garlic and mix with soy sauce and oil, then marinate the meat for one hour. Dice the onion and fry in a pan with a little oil. Remove the meat from the marinade, add it, and fry. Cut the zucchini into small pieces, dice the carrot, add both, and fry briefly. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in the rice and fry briefly. Finally, add the remaining marinade, mix everything together, and season to taste. Serve with a salad.
