Minced meat and cabbage pan with rice

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed (reduced fat)
  • 400 g white cabbage
  • 2 cup(s) rice, cooked
  • 50 ml milk
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tsp pesto, red
  • Salt and pepper, paprika powder
  • 2 tsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Brown the minced meat in hot oil until crumbly and season. Continue frying until evenly browned. Cut the white cabbage into fairly fine strips and blanch in salted water for about 2 minutes. Drain, add to the minced meat, and fry. Pour in the milk and vegetable stock and stir in the pesto. Bring to a boil, add the rice, heat through, and season to taste with salt, pepper, and paprika.
