Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g rice
- salt water
- 300 g meat sausage, cut into small cubes
- 1 small onion(s), diced
- 1 small can of corn
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- curry powder
- salt and pepper
- optional spice(s) of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, cook the rice in salted water according to the package instructions. Set the rice aside. Then sauté the onion and bell pepper. When everything has softened a bit and the onions are browned (about 5 minutes), add the sausage and fry until the sausage is nicely browned. Drain the corn and add it. Add the rice and mix everything together. Season to taste with salt, pepper, curry powder, etc.
