Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g potatoes, boiled
  • 2 large bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 2 large onions
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1 can pineapple, or fresh
  • 600 g turkey breast fillet(s) or chicken breast fillet
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 150 g cheese, grated (Emmental)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the potatoes, onions, pineapple, and bell peppers, quarter the tomatoes, and cut the meat into thin strips. Place in a shallow roasting pan, season with salt and pepper, and bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F), turning occasionally. Once the meat is well browned, combine the cream and crème fraîche, season with salt and pepper, and stir into the roasting pan mixture. Leave in the oven for another 10 minutes, then sprinkle the cheese over the meat and let it melt. If you’re only serving two people, you can also cook it in a pan.
