Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 400 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar (bourbon vanilla sugar)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tbsp raspberry liqueur
  • 360 g flour
  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 6 tbsp chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

from the waffle iron

Cream the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, eggs, and raspberry liqueur until fluffy. Stir in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and chocolate shavings. Bake one after the other in the waffle iron and serve. Serve with raspberries and whipped cream.
