Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 2 cans of ravioli
- 425 g tomato puree with pieces
- salt and pepper
- ½ bunch chives
- ½ bunch basil
- 200g mozzarella
- 50 g butter, in flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Drain the ravioli in a colander, reserving the sauce. Mix the sauce with the tomato puree and season with salt and pepper. Wash and dry the chives, then cut into small rolls. Pick and finely chop the basil. Mix the herbs with the tomato sauce and pour about 2/3 of the sauce into an ovenproof dish. Spread the ravioli and the remaining sauce into the dish. Slice the mozzarella. Top the casserole with the mozzarella and place the butter flakes on top. Bake for about 10 minutes.
