Broccoli pasta bake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g spirals
  • 500 g broccoli
  • 200 g Gouda, grated
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the pasta and drain. Trim the broccoli, divide it into florets, and cook until just tender. Place the pasta and broccoli in a greased casserole dish. Cut the ham into strips and arrange on top. Whisk the cream, spices, egg, and cheese together and spread over the pasta. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes, or until the casserole is browned to your liking.
