Fruity tuna salad with egg

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g tuna, in infusion
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 banana(s)
  • ½ apple
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 15 small onions (silver onions) from the jar
  • 4 tbsp Miracel Whip Balance or mayonnaise of your choice
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper, from the mill
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • some leaf salad, of your choice, for serving

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the tuna, shred it, and place it in a bowl. Peel and finely chop the eggs. Peel and slice the banana. Peel the apple, remove the core, and cut it into small cubes. Finely chop half the onion. Add everything to the bowl with the tuna, along with the drained pearl onions. Mix with Miracle Whip, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and parsley, and season to taste. Divide the leaf salad between two plates and arrange your tuna salad on top.
