Grandma Walberer's egg salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 10 eggs
  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • 2 cucumber(s) , (pickles)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 150 g Leberkäse
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 cup of yogurt, 3.5%

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 21 hours; Total time approx. 1 day 21 hours 30 minutes

Boil the eggs hard and let them cool, then peel and slice them. Cut the meatloaf and pickles into small cubes or thin strips. Finely dice the onion. Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, onion, cucumber, meatloaf, yogurt, and salt well. Then carefully fold in the egg slices and let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for a while. This recipe is from a friend’s grandmother and tastes simply amazing.
