Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough
  • 100 g red pesto
  • 100 g tomato sauce
  • 100 g Provence cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 g ham, diced
  • 10 olives, green, fresh
  • 2 m.-large tomato(s), aromatic
  • 5 slice(s) ham, Serrano-
  • 20 slice(s) sausage (chorizo), thinly sliced
  • 150 g cheese (pizza cheese, grated cheese)

Our own creation with pesto cream cheese sauce, Serrano ham and chorizo

Mix together the pesto, cream cheese (I prefer Buko Provençal), tomato sauce, garlic, and diced ham to make the “pizza sauce.” Roll out the pizza dough (you can, of course, make a fresh one) and spread the sauce evenly over it. Halve the olives, thinly slice the tomatoes, and place them on the dough, along with the chorizo ​​slices and the Serrano ham, cut into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for about 12 minutes on the middle rack.
