Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 package of pizza dough from the refrigerated section, 400 g
- ½ bunch of spring onions
- 50 g diced smoked ham or smoked streaky bacon
- 60 g cheese, Gouda, grated
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 100 g noble mushroom cheese, Bavaria Blue
- 1 large onion(s) , or 2 small ones

Clean the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Peel the onion and slice them into rings. Cut the bacon into small cubes. Place the dough on a baking sheet according to the instructions. Spread the crème fraîche on the base. Sprinkle the onion rings, spring onion rings, bacon cubes, Bavaria Blue cheese, all cut into small pieces, and grated Gouda cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 250°C for about 10 minutes.
