Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g bell pepper(s), green
  • olive oil
  • Sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • tarragon

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve the tomatoes and dice the peppers. Sauté both in a pan with olive oil and season with sugar, salt, pepper, and tarragon.
