Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g butter
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tsp lemon(s) – zest, grated
  • 250 g quark
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 50 g raisins
  • possibly hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg, lemon zest, and quark. Gradually fold in the flour and baking powder. Finally, add the raisins. If you like, you can also add chopped hazelnuts. Bake at 175°C (Gas Mark 1-2) for 20 minutes.
