Tuna salad with peppers and corn

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 1 can corn kernels
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 125 g quark
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp condensed milk
  • lemon juice
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • possibly cayenne pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Drain the tuna and place it in a bowl, shredding it slightly. Add the corn kernels. Trim the bell peppers. Peel the onion. Finely dice both ingredients and add them to the dish. Mix the quark, ketchup, condensed milk, and lemon juice into a dressing and season to taste (you can also add a pinch of cayenne pepper). Mix the dressing well with the remaining ingredients and let it sit until ready to serve.
