Colorful tomato salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 tomatoes (plum tomatoes)
  • 1 can of tuna, natural
  • 1 can beans (giant beans), white
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • Salt (tomato salt)
  • possibly basil
  • pepper
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the tuna and beans. Separate the tuna. Quarter the tomatoes and cut into thick slices. Peel the onion, halve it, and slice it thinly. Arrange the tomatoes on a platter, then add the tuna, beans, and finally the onion rings. Season with tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Dress with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, if desired. If desired, scatter a few basil leaves over the top. Serve with white bread and a dry red wine.
