Dissolve the yeast in a little water. Combine the flour and a pinch of salt in a bowl and make a well in the center. Pour the dissolved yeast into the well and stir slightly. Then add the oil and the remaining water. Knead with the dough hook of the mixer until the dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl (if it’s too sticky, add a little more flour (a tablespoon at a time to prevent it from becoming too stiff). Immediately roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle large enough to fit on a baking sheet. Then place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Meanwhile, cook the pasta al dente according to the package instructions, drain, and let it drain in a sieve. Season the pizza tomatoes with pepper, salt, sugar, vegetable stock, and herbs. Drain the bell peppers a little and dice them finely, then add them to the pizza sauce. Stir in the garlic and season again to taste. Spread the sauce over the dough, then arrange the pasta, sausages, and ham on top. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack at 220°C for 20 minutes. After about 10 minutes, top the eggs with the pizza as if they were fried eggs. 1 serving makes 1 baking sheet approximately 30 x 40 cm.
