Curry cream noodles with minced meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 carrots
  • 250 g pasta, short
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 leek(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • curry powder
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 125 ml broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean and peel the carrots and cut into small cubes. Cook the pasta until al dente. Add the diced carrots 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Drain and let everything drain well. Meanwhile, finely dice the onions and slice the leeks. Brown the minced meat in oil, season with salt and pepper, and remove from the pan. Brown the onions and sauté the leeks. Season with curry and deglaze with stock and cream. Reduce slightly. Add the pasta and minced meat. Season again if necessary.
